The Commerce Learning Center (CLC) is the Department of Commerce’s enterprise-wide training platform, designed to provide employees with convenient access to professional development opportunities. It serves as a centralized hub where employees can complete mandatory training, enroll in courses, track learning progress, and access job aids or resources that support career growth.

The CLC streamlines learning management across bureaus, supports supervisors in tracking progress, and fosters a culture of continuous growth and accountability.

To request training from external vendors, contact your Bureau's Training Lead, the CLC Administrator, or the Chief Learning Officer. For any additional information, you may also contact your bureau's CLC POC
