DOC's Talent Strategy 

The Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) developed the DOC Talent Strategy 2024-2026. This strategy is an addendum to and in alignment with OHRM's Human Capital Strategic Plan, and outlines the our efforts to recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce for the Department.
