Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)

The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) is one source of information for evaluating success within the categories of My Work Experience, My Work Unit, My Agency, My Supervisor/Team Leader, Leadership, My Satisfaction, and Work/Life.

The survey results are used by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Office of Management and Budget to evaluate agency progress in organizational performance based upon employee feedback. The Partnership for Public Service in conjunction with American University's Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation uses the results to determine the Best Places to Work rankings available at http://bestplacestowork.org/BPTW/rankings/overall/large.
