Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM)

Department of Commerce (DOC) employees may contact OHRM for consultative HR support using the OHRM Service Catalog. The catalog can be used to ask service-related questions about OHRM offerings, research individual services, and find points of contact. DOC employees are encouraged to contact their Servicing HR Offices for additional offerings. 

Talent Support

Talent Support provides HR transactional services such as Personnel Action Requests (PAR), Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance. Additionally, Talent Support plays a crucial role in managing personnel records and ensuring that all necessary documents are uploaded to the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF). 

Documents such as court orders, wage garnishments, and other related documents must be mailed to the address below.
