Empowering Bureaus to Build a Mission-Ready Workforce -The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) provides support and consultative assistance to help Department of Commerce bureaus effectively plan, develop, and sustain their workforces. Through data-driven insights and consultative services, OHRM partners with bureau leadership and HR teams to ensure workforce planning efforts align with mission goals and future demands.
