The Commerce Learning Center (CLC) is a department-wide system that helps you:

• Manage your professional development
• Plan and track your training
• Access online learning anytime

Getting Started

When you’re added as a new user, your account will be created automatically. You’ll receive a system-generated email with login instructions. Once you have that, follow these steps:

1. Select the link to the Commerce Learning Center.
2. If your PIV/CAC is configured, select the Single Sign-On button for your bureau.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts. If asked for a username and password, use your DOC network credentials.
4. If your PIV/CAC is not configured, log in with the username and temporary password provided.
5. Set up your password recovery questions.
6. Create a new password.

After Logging In

7. Select the gear/settings icon in the upper right corner and select My Account.
8. On the My Account page, select your time zone and your Electronic Signature font. Save your changes.
