Employee learning & development (L&D) plays a critical role in meeting our agency’s mission goals. Through intentional employee development, we engage our people, improve our mission operations, and cultivate a world-class workforce.

The REACH initiative encourages Department of Commerce (DOC) employees to leverage learning & development resources at every stage of their DOC careers. REACH is sponsored by the DOC Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) and REACH activities are offered to all DOC employees across bureaus.
