Food Services

The Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality (OFEQ) is committed to providing a diverse, delicious, nutritious, and sustainable food and beverage program for tenants and visitors of the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB). Please direct questions and comments regarding HCHB’s food service to [email protected].

“Pop-Up” Restaurants: Fooda provides a variety of food options by partnering with local restaurants to provide lunch service at the HCHB. Fooda operates Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30am – 1:30pm in the HCHB Cafeteria. The HCHB Cafeteria is located on the basement level, one level down from the main lobby. The restaurant schedule is available by downloading the Fooda app and selecting the Herbert C. Hoover Building location. Customers have the option to order in-person or order ahead using the Fooda app.

Vending Machines and Business Cafés:

Vending machines offering drinks and snacks are located in the HCHB Cafeteria area and the 5th Floor Pantry (Room 50043). The vending machines are accessible 24 hours a day.

Business Cafés are located on the 5th Floor (Room 52019) and on the C-level (Room C004). They offer coffee, snacks, and drinks through vending machines. The kiosk accepts cash and card payments. The business cafés are open 24 hours.
