The Multimedia Branch can support MS Teams meeting in the auditorium with multi-camera views of the stage, podium and audience. For all auditorium and lobby events requiring building access, please notify the Office of Security at [email protected]. For tables, chairs, and all other furniture needs, please contact the Facilities Movers at [email protected].

The auditorium has enhanced audiovisual capabilities which allow connection to four cameras, a new soundboard, and multiple wireless microphones. This provides  better support for hybrid events (both virtual and in-person). The Multimedia Branch can assist both in event planning and site management.
