Space Reconfigurations and Refurbishment

The Space Management Division (SMD) provides interior design services to assist in space planning, space assessment space renovation and project management. Through SMD, HCHB employees may request services such as:

  1. Office space configuration
  2. Furniture replacement, reconfiguration and repair
  3. Carpet cleaning or replacement
  4. Drapery cleaning or replacement
  5. Repainting of walls
  6. Ceiling tile replacement
  7. Wall construction or demolition
  8. Electrical, phone and data outlet installation

These services are initiated with a Form CD-410. The requesting office completes Section 1 and sends it via email to [email protected]. SMD will assign a project lead to develop a scope of work, cost estimate and schedule.
