Move Services Request Process (HCHB)

(Excess Furniture/Equipment)

To remove surplus furniture, submit a Move Services request via email to [email protected] to pick up excess furniture.

The following pertinent information is required to coordinate/schedule a pickup:

  • Primary Point of Contact Information
  • HCHB Office/Room Location
  • Item Description & Quantity
  • Suggested/Requested Date/Time for pickup. The Move Services Supervisor will confirm date and time for pickup and coordinate move activities with the requesting office.
