If you would like to reserve the HCHB auditorium, cafeteria seating area, conference room, courtyard, or lobby, please submit your request to the  OFEQ Self-Service Portal. The auditorium can support MS Teams hybrid events with multi-camera views of the stage, podium and audience.

All auditorium cafeteria seating area, conference room, courtyard, and lobby events must also be coordinated with the Office of Security at [email protected]. Additional support may be required from the HCHB movers who can assist with event set-up, including tables and chairs.
