Notice on Antiboycott Regulations

The purpose of this notice is to advise Federal contractors of the antiboycott provisions of Part 760 of Title 15 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R).  These regulations prohibit U.S. persons from taking certain actions with intent to comply with, further, or support an unsanctioned foreign boycott, including the Arab League boycott of Israel, and require U.S persons to report receipt of boycott-related requests.  Contractors should review these antiboycott regulations to be aware of any prohibitions affecting their company or any contract they may have with the Federal Government and report any received boycott request as required.  In accordance with these regulations, contractors should ensure that they do not comply with or otherwise participate in any unsanctioned foreign boycott, including the Arab League Boycott of Israel, and do not request or require others to take any action in furtherance of such boycotts (including discriminating on the basis of religion or national origin).
