The Office of Sexual Assault & Sexual Harassment Prevention and Response  (SASH-PR) serves as the central subject matter expert office, providing systematic-wide oversight, policy, data management, and training efforts to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct. The SASH-PR’s mission is to engage in measurable efforts that empower employees, facilitate prevention initiatives, and support experiencers to further optimize the Department’s commitment to environments that foster innovation and growth. SASH-PR facilitates education to build skills in employees to proactively engage in healthy work environments and confidently act when harmful behaviors are present; provides resources and referrals that focus on recovery and safety; and fosters prevention efforts to increase and sustain respectful workspaces.
