Combined Federal Campaign

Welcome to the 2022 Combined Federal Campaign!

"It is my pleasure to offer my support for this historic and world-changing campaign. Last year, I was honored to receive the CFC of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) Executive Leadership Award, and am delighted to report that with your generous contributions we exceeded our 2021 CFCNCA goal by 21%. Let’s keep this enthusiasm going!" Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo

Every year, on December 5th we celebrate International Volunteer Day to recognize and promote the tireless efforts of volunteers across the globe. By providing a helping hand to those in need, humans, and animals alike, volunteers are selflessly working towards making the world a better place.

This year, we invite our DOC colleagues to be part of the global network of amazing volunteers. Many charities need help, even from home. You may be invited to use your professional skills or personal talents, and help them:

  • Balance a budget book
  • Tutor children after school
  • Translate documents
  • Review a legal contract
  • Put together a care or hygiene package

Check out more ways you can volunteer your time on the online CFC charity search. One of the greatest gifts a person can give is their time, and we are incredibly thankful for all volunteers who helped champion this year’s CFC. Thank you for giving your time and talent to support your favorite causes through the CFC! Working together, our volunteer hours make a significant difference for those in need.

  • Giving Tuesday

Each week during the 2022 CFC, the campaign focused on a broad charitable cause area and some of its sub-causes. Click through each cause to find more information about that cause, tools, and resources to support that cause area, and dollar statements illustrating what a donation in that cause area can do.

  • High Five

This online Campaign Worker Training is designed to supplement the in-person and virtual training conducted by CFC experts in local CFC zones. These interactive modules mirror the information provided in the CFC's Campaign Worker Guide.
