Happy Earth Day!

Happy Earth Day from the Department’s Office of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Programs (OSEEP)!

OSEEP received nearly 200 wonderful submissions for the 2021 Earth Day Photo Challenge and is excited to share a selection of featured photos. From photos of Diving With a Purpose volunteers at the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to shots of colleagues picking up trash together, the Earth Day Photo Challenge is a reminder of what a thoughtful and inspiring community the Department of Commerce brings together.

Download OSEEP’s Earth Day newsletter to see the beautiful photos submitted by the Commerce community.  The newsletter also includes information on:

Due to the overwhelming response to the Earth Day Photo Challenge, OSEEP is also creating a digital Department of Commerce Earth Day Photo Book, which will come out next month. Many thanks to everyone who participated and happy Earth Day to all!
