The Office of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Programs is excited to launch its first-ever virtual photo challenge in celebration of Earth Day 2021! As the temperature warms up and we begin to spend more time outside, join us in embracing and celebrating our beautiful Earth by sharing a photo of your favorite environmentally-friendly activity. Whether it’s tending to your garden, planting a tree, composting, or exploring the parks in your community – take a photo and join your fellow Department employees as we collectively appreciate our Earth.  

The Earth Day Photo Challenge is open to all Department employees and onsite contractors. To participate, send your completed participation form and photo to syardley@doc.gov. Limit one photo submission per employee. Submissions are due by March 31, 2021. Selected photos will be highlighted in Department communications, including in a special edition Earth Day newsletter.
