On July 4, 2026, America will celebrate the most important milestone in our country’s history—250 years of American Independence. “With a single sheet of parchment and 56 signatures, America began the greatest political journey in human history,” said President Trump of this momentous anniversary.

Guided by the President’s vision and leadership, Americans from every walk of life—across government, business, education, and communities—are called to unite in this historic celebration and embrace the opportunity to shape our nation’s legacy together. The U.S. Department of Commerce invites citizens to rediscover the wonder of American history, explore the beauty of our nation, and spark a bold spirit of adventure and innovation—fueling a future where America soars to new heights for generations to come.
