The Privacy Shield website is now available at www.privacyshield.gov

The site provides additional information to assist stakeholders to understand the Framework and to help U.S. organizations prepare to self-certify to the Framework. Commerce began accepting certifications at https://www.privacyshield.gov on August 1, 2016.
