Shared Services Procurement Office (SSPO)

The Shared Services Procurement Office (SSPO) is a Transformational, Innovative, and Customer Focused organization located within the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), under the Office of the Deputy Secretary/Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration (CFO/ASA). SSPO provides full lifecycle procurement support for the Office of the Secretary and operating units and offices without procurement authority as well as shared service procurement solutions department-wide through the work of its three (3) operational divisions:

• Departmental Services Division – Provides full life-cycle procurement services to the Office of the Secretary as well as shared service procurement solutions department-wide for administrative requirements.
• Bureau Services Division – Provides full lifecycle procurement services to bureaus and operating units without delegated procurement authority including the Bureau of Economic Analysis, Bureau of Industry and Security, Economic Development Administration, International Trade Administration, Minority Business Development Agency, National Technical Information Service, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and Office of Inspector General.
• Strategic Sourcing Division – Manages the Department's strategic sourcing portfolio and provides strategic sourcing procurement services department-wide for common items of supply and service.
