Limited English Proficiency (LEP)

The Department of Commerce has suspended its August 2011 Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Implementation Plan for Federally Conducted Programs. It will be replaced after new guidance is issued by the Department of Justice that reflects Executive Order 14224, Title VI, and the Constitution.
