MONDAY: U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo and Senator Raphael Warnock to Make Major American Rescue Plan Grant Announcement in Support of Strong Regional Economies in Atlanta and Across the Nation

Secretary Raimondo will also Participate in a Roundtable at Spelman College on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s Expansion of Broadband Access with Atlanta-Area HBCU Presidents

U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo and Senator Raphael Warnock will make a major national Economic Development Administration (EDA) American Rescue Plan grant announcement in support of locally-driven efforts to boost regional economies in Atlanta and across the nation at an event on Monday, December 13, 2021, at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs in Atlanta. 

Following the announcement at the Russell Center, Secretary Raimondo will participate in a roundtable with presidents of Atlanta-area Historically Black College and University presidents on implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s expanded access to broadband internet.
