Emotional Intelligence

Conference Room 48019

Emotional Intelligence (EI) or Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the ability to be aware of, and better manage our emotions and relationships.  It has been said that “your Intelligence Quotient (IQ) will get you in the door, but it is your EQ that will determine how successful you are in life.”  This workshop will focus participants on understanding the components of EI, its benefits, assessing personal strengths, and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to recognize emotional triggers and mitigate their effects.
