Beth Leech is the Associate Deputy General Counsel.  In her role, Ms. Leech oversees and coordinates legal and strategic advice involving complex, cross-disciplinary issues of central importance to implementing the Department's goals.  Previously, Ms. Leech served as the Managing Attorney and Senior Counsel in the Office of the Deputy General Counsel for Administration and as an employment and labor law attorney in the Office of the General Counsel.  She is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
