As Director of the Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships (OFBNP), Andres is responsible for the creation of an environment in the U.S. Department of Commerce that welcomes the participation of businesses, faith-based, and community-based organizations as valued and essential partners assisting America’s most underserved communities. Andres directs the activities of the Department’s OFBNP and advises the Secretary and Deputy Secretary on the promotion of equity, job creation, and economic growth.
