Applicant and Grantee Training

As we approach the transition of grant processing and management activities from Grants Online (GoL) to GEMS, we are committed to helping you prepare by providing training and other resources for the grantee and applicant community.

We offered a series of training sessions for external users, recorded for those unable to attend.  This training is for Pre-Award. Links to these recordings, as well as other support materials, can be found here.

Institutions may submit a Change of Program Director (PD)/Principal Investigator (PI) request through the eRA and navigate to Status. Only a Signing Official (SO) can initiate this request. For detailed instructions, please refer to the PD/PI Revision Request Information Sheet.
