Revocation of Department Administrative Order (DAO) 202-351, "Reduction in Force," dated November 30, 1989.

STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

In December 27, 2012, the "Department of Commerce Reduction in Force (RIF), Transfer of Function, and Furlough Policy Handbook" was published. The Handbook incorporates updated policy and guidance on RIFs, furloughs for more than 30 days, and transfers of functions formerly contained in DAO 202-351. This DAO is, therefore, no longer needed.
