IMPORTANT INFORMATION

12/23/2024 Update:

With the transition from Grants Online to eRA Commons, some awards may require updates to the Project Director/Principal Investigator (PD/PI) information.  The Change PD/PI in eRA Commons document provides guidance to grantees to support them in correcting the following:

  1. The PD/PI is listed as “DOC PD/PI Name, Not Available” due to missing account migration.
  2. The PD/PI name is correct, but they cannot see any awards because their account is not properly linked and appears as a "shell."
  3. The current PD/PI is correct but needs to be updated to someone else.

The NOAA Fisheries New Application Process document guides applicants navigating the transition from Grants Online to eRA Commons. This change requires updates to an organization’s application submission process. Starting January 1, 2024, all grant applications submitted to a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in Grants.gov must adhere to the updated process, whether competitive or noncompetitive.

4/10/2024 Update:

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) (specifically the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program), and the International Trade Administration (ITA) recipients should follow the guidance in the Submission of the Interim SF 425 Federal Financial Reports memorandum to submit their FFR.
