April 2021 - BAS Sunflower Real Property Go-Live

We are excited to officially announce the Production Deployment of the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) Real Property (RP) module! As of April 26th, 2021, RP end users will now be able to perform their management, finance, reporting, and business intelligence functions in Sunflower. August 2020 - BAS Has a New Look

We are very pleased to announce that the BAS Program has a new brand! The BAS Program’s new brand includes a dynamic logo and brand slogan, complete with a vibrant color scheme and new visual communications.

April 2020 - BAS Contract Award and Partnership

On 4/24/2020, DOC awarded the BAS Contract to Accenture Federal Services.  They will be providing not only the future software solutions, but also project management services, integration and interface services, and long term O&M and hosting services.  Specifically, Accenture Federal Services will be providing the following software solutions: 

• Core Financial Management: Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS)
• Acquisitions Management: Unison PRISM
• Asset Management (Real, Personal, and Fleet Management): Sunflower

In the coming months, we will be ramping up the BAS Project Management Office as well as planning efforts with Accenture Federal Services for the initial Global Design Phase of the program.
