Under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Intelligence & Security (DASIS), the Office of Intelligence & Security (OIS) mobilizes the Department’s intelligence, security, and insider risk management offices to protect U.S. economic and national security interests from foreign economic and strategic threats. OIS provides executive leadership and support to the Department and its components on the resolution of key security, national security, economic security issues.
