Judy Grady is a 20-year veteran of federal civil service.  

Ms. Grady serves as the Chief of Staff for Enterprise Services as a key advisor to the Executive Director and Deputy Director to establish, maintain, and execute overall strategic vision and manage change across the division in a shared services environment.

Previously, she served in executive leadership positions at the U.S. Department of State, Office of Inspector General as the Associate Executive Director for Administrative Operations, Director of Business Opportunity at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Senior Advisor and Director of Administration and Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and she began her federal career as the Chief Clerk at the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Government Reform. 

During her tenure at HUD, Ms. Grady successfully implemented the first cabinet agency’s transfer of data to a Federal shared service provider for its core financial transactions. She managed HUD’s $30 million annual service level agreements with the shared service provider. 

Ms. Grady is a native of Washington, DC, and a graduate of Georgetown University (MPA) and the University of Maryland (BA).
